DINAMIK S.A. is a dedicated Alternative Investment Services provider, providing end to end services to investment and asset managers. DINAMIK S.A. is authorised by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (the"CSSF") as a Specialised Professional of the Financial Sector ("PSF") under the financial sector law of 5 April 1993, as amended ("the Law"). Our services include administrative, transfer agency, company register, corporate secretarial, governance solutions, regulatory reporting and other ancillary services to alternative investment funds and investment vehicles incorporated in Luxembourg.

We built our team to be committed to our clients commercial, operational and regulatory needs. Our commitment to understand our client and their objectives allows us to adapt and develop our services to meet their needs. We conduct a continuous evaluation of our clients needs and requirements to ensure service alignment every step of the way. To do this we assign a director with day-to-day involvement in our activities. The director will have a high level of involvement during the onboarding phase and will oversee the ongoing services being provided.
